incident.io, SF-based, seeks an exceptional GTM recruiter to help put incident.io on the map in SF. You love the thrill of the hunt, have an eye for top talent, and create clever ways to reach great people—from outbound campaigns to world-class events to bold city-wide billboards.

You’ll partner with our CRO and sales leaders to find and hire the best talent in the world. You’ll own initiatives with autonomy and help scale a rocketship.

Qualifications

• Exceptional GTM recruiter with proven track record in tech environments.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills for senior commercial roles.
• Experience partnering with CROs and Sales Leaders to scale teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CRO and Sales Leaders to hire top talent globally.
• Own creative sourcing campaigns, events, and branding to attract candidates.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for SF GTM roles with ownership and autonomy.
• Build scalable processes and a strong candidate experience in a growing market.
