Responsibilities

• Own delivery of Salesforce solutions — Apex, LWC, Flow, and integrations — from planning to deployment, upholding high code quality.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and the broader GTM stack, including the partner portal; ensure secure data flows and governance.
• Triage and resolve high-impact platform and data issues quickly, communicating status to Product Owner and partners.
• Use AI tools as part of daily engineering to accelerate delivery and teach teammates to adopt new habits.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and Architect to size work and ensure stories are production-ready.
• Mentor junior developers through code reviews and programming standards.
