Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC, based in NYC, is seeking a staff-level architect to own the GTM systems stack centered on Salesforce and a growing set of integrations. You will define technical direction, address architectural risks, and drive scalable, data-rich solutions across Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, and related tools.

You will work closely with Sales, BAS, and B@W, mentor engineers, and lead the hardest cross-system initiatives, ensuring data integrity, security, and long-term business

Qualifications

• Experience owning architecture for multi-tool GTM stack.
• Knowledge of integration patterns (APIs, middleware, event-driven).
• Experience with marketing automation and sales engagement platforms, especially HubSpot.
• Strong data literacy and data contracts.
• Ability to mentor engineers and lead cross-team initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define target GTM systems architecture and data flows between Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay.
• Set standards for integrations, data design, deployment, and documentation.
• Mentor engineers on architecture and decision-making.
• Partner with Sales, BAS, and B@W to translate workflows into scalable designs.
• Lead high-priority cross-system initiatives end-to-end.
• Audit stack health and manage security, permissions, and debt.
