Equinix is seeking a Senior Manager of GTM Strategy & Execution to lead the annual and multi-year go-to-market planning process and translate strategy into actionable programs across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Channel. Qualifications

• 10+ years in GTM strategy, sales strategy, revenue operations, or management consulting in tech/enterprise environments.
• Proven experience owning or co-leading an annual GTM planning cycle with segmentation and coverage design.
• Ability to translate strategy into operational execution across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Strong financial acumen; able to model revenue scenarios and partner with finance.

Responsibilities

• Own annual and multi-year GTM strategy and planning, with clear milestones and KPIs.
• Define segmentation, coverage, and routes to market for multiple regions and channels.
• Collaborate with Channel leadership to align partner capacity and quota planning.
• Define roles and headcount implications to execute the GTM plan across geographies.
• Lead cross-functional governance, decision logs, and executive communications for GTM initiatives.
• Diagnose GTM challenges and drive transformation programs across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
