Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Staff Sales Planning Analyst to own the planning rhythm for the Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG). You will run the quarterly GTM readiness shot clock and lead productivity and capacity planning, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Strategy, and Operations to turn data into actionable plans.

You will work from one of Intuit’s hubs, building executive-ready dashboards and narratives. Strong Excel/SQL/BI skills, plus cross-functional leadership, are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales or GTM operations, strategy and planning, business analytics, or FP&A.
• Proven experience with capacity planning, workforce planning, or productivity analysis for sales or customer-facing teams.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling; SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Looker) are strongly preferred.
• Strong program management skills, including running recurring, deadline-driven cross-functional processes.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including presenting to senior leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the quarterly GTM readiness shot clock end to end: calendar, criteria, milestones across GBSG teams.
• Build and maintain capacity models for GBSG go-to-market roles: headcount, ramp, attrition, coverage.
• Create executive-ready dashboards, summaries and narratives to explain the “so what.”
• Influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional planning processes across a matrixed organization.
