Intuit, Inc. in Atlanta is seeking a Staff Sales Planning Analyst to own the GTM readiness rhythm and capacity planning for the Global Business Solutions Group.

You will coordinate quarterly shot clocks, build capacity models, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Strategy, and Operations to turn data into clear plans and decisions. You will create executive-ready dashboards and narratives, influence senior stakeholders, and drive automation of planning processes to keep the GTM engine

Formación

• 5+ years in sales or GTM operations, strategy and planning, analytics, or FP&A.
• Experience with capacity planning for sales or customer-facing teams.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling; SQL and BI tools preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Run the quarterly GTM readiness shot clock end to end: set the calendar, define readiness criteria, and track milestones.
• Drive accountability with cross-functional owners, and accelerate risks and slippage early with clear recommendations.
• Create executive-ready dashboards, summaries, and narratives that explain the “so what.”
• Partner with Finance and HR on headcount, budget, and operating plan alignment.
• Own the planning calendar, data inputs, and templates, and automate manual processes where possible.
