Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for GTM, G&A, and/or Operations teams in a high-performance environment.
• Thoughtful communicator with exceptional ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders.
• Experience using a variety of recruiting tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Seekout, Teamable, Juicebox, Ashby, Greenhouse etc.).
• Experience sourcing for passive candidates using creativity and persistence to secure the attention of hard-to-reach talent.
• Attention-to-detail with the ability to strike a delicate balance between results and process in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Team-first mentality with a strong track record and contagious enthusiasm for learning and trying new things.
• Ability to commute to our San Mateo, CA Headquarters at least 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Build relationships and work with senior business leaders to understand hiring needs and team goals.
• Source active and passive candidates from a variety of sources and communities: online and internal databases, employee referrals, events, networking, and market research.
• Be a consultative advisor to the business, leading strategic discussions to build teams holistically.
• Partner with the broader recruiting team to build efficient and scalable recruiting processes.
• Leverage data and report on key recruiting metrics and provide data-driven, actionable insights.
