Skydio, the leading US drone company, seeks a Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruiting for GTM and G&A. Based in San Mateo, CA, you will partner with executives to translate goals into hiring plans and shape high-performing teams.

This role emphasizes data-driven decision making, diverse pipelines, and a strong candidate experience. 3 days/week in office, US-based remote possible; base salary $140k–$170k plus equity and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in high-growth environments.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and hiring decisions
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with candidates and leadership
• Experience with modern recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Ashby)
• Proven success sourcing and closing passive talent in competitive markets
• Data-driven mindset with recruiting analytics

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting strategy for GTM and G&A roles.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate goals into hiring plans.
• Advise hiring teams on interview processes and org design.
• Build diverse, high-quality pipelines through sourcing and networking.
• Lead talent discussions on market trends and competition.
• Design scalable, data-driven recruiting processes.
• Use analytics to inform decisions and optimize outcomes.
• Mentor the recruiting team and elevate best practices
