Pratt & Whitney, part of RTX, seeks a Senior Program Manager for the Commercial Aftermarket team in East Hartford, CT. You will lead airline/leasing customer interactions, manage contracts, and ensure engine operations while resolving disputes.

Responsibilities span profitability planning, invoicing flow, and contract enhancements, plus coordinating engine removal forecasts with a global MRO network and setting technical guidance for outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of cross functional teaming experience to include external support and problem solving skills.
• Advanced degree and 7 years of cross functional teaming experience to include external support and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Customer Management: host regular day-to-day interaction with airline and leasing customers, deliver contract services, ensure reliable engine operations, and resolve commercial disputes.
• Financial Management: drive the long term profitability plan for assigned contracts, identify opportunities to improve financial outcomes, and manage invoices with customers; propose contract language modifications.
• Operational Management: maintain engine removal forecasts, coordinate maintenance activity with global MRO facilities, and establish technical guidance for financial and operational outcomes.
• Contract Management: understand all obligations, ensure terms are met, negotiate solutions to optimize profitability and de-risk key provisions.
