Job summary

UnitedHealth Group's Home Health and Hospice divisions seek a Senior Growth Strategist to support growth objectives through root cause analysis, KPI reviews, and consultative guidance across leadership teams.

You will craft strategies, monitor performance, and participate in budget planning, admissions targets, and market expansions to drive bottom-line results while building strong cross-functional relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience with marketing, sales, and/or customer service operations and strategies.
• Excellent computer skills, including high proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade through personal credibility, integrity, and professionalism.
• Highly motivated and display a natural sense of completing tasks timely and accurately.
• Proven excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously.
• Proven ability to exhibit a high level of professionalism and be able to complete a variety of project tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a professional strategist and consultant for growth and business development leaders and teams.
• Measures performance of the business and growth metrics with leadership.
• Conducts root cause analysis and strategizes improvements.
• Tracks and communicates impact of strategies and results.
• Performs real-time analysis of current results, statistics, and metrics to identify opportunities.
• Analyzes performance trends and reports findings to management.
• Maintains communication with supervisor and leadership across the organization.
• Participates in budget processes with focus on admissions budgets and staffing models.
• Participates in acquisitions and de novo processes to support new markets.
