Job summary

Ondo Finance, Inc. is seeking a Growth Product Manager to own user-facing strategy across the Ondo Finance App.

You’ll lead growth efforts from acquisition to retention, collaborating with design, engineering, and marketing to craft world-class user journeys for a suite of on-chain financial products. You will design onboarding flows, drive product-led growth loops, and own analytics, with emphasis on KPIs and experiments.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of product management with a growth focus.
• Experience in fintech, crypto, or financial products.
• Experience using financial products with customer empathy.
• Proven track record owning acquisition, activation, and retention metrics.
• Strong product instincts and user-centric mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; PRD proficiency.
• Data-driven with KPI definitions and experimentation.
• US-hours based (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Identify and build product-led growth loops, referral mechanisms, onboarding flows, and entry points.
• Design and optimize end-to-end onboarding across Ondo Finance Web App and mobile.
• Build features and feedback loops to keep users active and engaged across product lines.
• Map and improve user journeys across Ondo products surfaced through Ondo Finance Web App.
• Drive structured A/B testing; define success metrics and own growth analytics stack.
• Collaborate with product line PMs to coordinate growth initiatives across surfaces.
