Redfin is seeking a Senior Product Manager I to drive the next wave of customer growth. You will own key parts of the conversion funnel, turning visitors into contacts for agents and mortgage bankers.

You’ll balance iterative experiments with bigger bets across layers of risk and ambiguity. You will collaborate with engineers, designers, marketers, and analysts to ship world-class products, run a high-velocity experimentation program, and communicate progress and recommendations to executives

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience delivering new products or experiences.
• Preferably with conversion product management and a deep understanding of A/B testing.
• Ability to influence executives and employees across functions.
• Learner with ability to develop subject matter expertise quickly.
• Deep customer empathy to listen to users and solve problems.
• Track record of working on ambiguous, innovative problems and simplifying them into actionable steps.

The Customer Growth team is the engine behind Redfin's demand generation. We convert Redfin's 50M+ unique monthly visitors into agent and mortgage demand across our buy, sell, and mortgage businesses. From tour scheduling to offer submission to mortgage lead gen, we own the conversion flows that connect users with Redfin real estate agents and Rocket Mortgage bankers. We move fast, running a high volume of A/B experiments while also making bigger bets on new contact channels. Since these opportunities are so fundamental to Redfin's overall success, this role will collaborate closely with teams across Redfin and Rocket. That’s where you come in. • Influence engineering leaders on technical directions that have strategic impact.
• Dive deep into data with analysts to offer critical insights and execute on product improvements.
• Effectively communicate progress, outcomes, and recommendations to executives through clearly written narratives and reviews.
• Improve the company’s best practices and mechanisms as a senior Product leader on the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience working with a team to build and deliver new products or experiences.
• Preferably with previous experience with conversion Product Management and a deep understanding of A/B testing.
• Able to influence executives and entry-level employees alike across multiple functions.
