Yoodli, Inc. is seeking a data-driven product leader to own B2C growth and the front end of our enterprise motion in Seattle. You will grow self-serve signups and monthly recurring revenue, then turn B2C users into qualified enterprise opportunities.

You will prototype, run experiments, and analyze data with engineers across design, marketing, and sales to move fast and ship value. A bias for action and hands-on execution are essential.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in product management with growth ownership at consumer scale.
• Proven track record of experiments that moved numbers.
• Fluency with data; you write your own queries.
• Strong product judgment and prioritization.
• Ability to move quickly with AI; prototype and ship.
• Enough technical depth to work with engineers.
• Comfort operating without full support structure.
• Passion for AI products that empower humans.

Responsabilidades

• Acquisition at the top of the funnel across organic, SEO, GEO, and sharing loops with a bias toward users whose employer could become a customer.
• Activation of the first session and engagement to drive value quickly.
• Monetization: pricing, packaging, paywall placement, and upgrade path; own revenue.
• Retention and habit: onboarding, lifecycle messaging, reminders, and re-engagement.
• Handoff to enterprise: route qualified accounts to sales with needed context.
• The experiment system: roadmap, instrumentation, cadence; you decide what to test and learn from results.
