Job summary

Home Solutions is hiring a Senior Associate, Growth Products to build and optimize the customer acquisition engine across a portfolio of products. You’ll use data, product thinking, and experimentation to improve conversion rates and marketplace performance for our enterprise partner network.

In collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Analytics, and Partnerships, you will identify opportunities, test ideas, and translate business problems into actionable product

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in product management, strategy, growth, digital marketing, or related fields.
• Experience delivering products or capabilities that measurably improve revenue, acquisition, or efficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate data into recommendations.
• Experience partnering with Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, and Business stakeholders to launch new products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve products that support customer acquisition, lead generation, conversion, monetization, and marketplace efficiency.
• Analyze customer behavior, funnels, and marketplace performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with Engineering, Marketing, and Analytics to launch features that drive measurable business impact.
• Design, run, and analyze experiments (A/B tests) to improve performance.
• Build business cases and analyses for new product ideas and growth initiatives.
• Monitor product performance and KPIs, prioritizing improvements by impact and effort.
