Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Senior Staff Product Manager to own and define the technology portfolio powering our Omnichannel and Expert growth. You will identify high-leverage problems, build the capability roadmap, and drive cross-team architecture decisions that shape how customer data and intelligence are delivered to our Assisted ecosystem.

This role sits at a critical intersection as Assisted Services scales sales territories, opens hundreds of retail hubs and expert centers, and targets 3X

Qualifications

• Product leadership with 7+ years in product management, ownership of multi-team spaces.
• Understanding of the full customer journey and how data informs sales/服务 teams.
• Experience using AI to analyze data, generate specs, and automate repetitive work.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead management workflows.
• Ability to present roadmaps to senior leadership and gather field requirements.
• Experience driving adoption and change management across large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own and define the technology portfolio powering Omnichannel and Expert growth.
• Identify high-leverage problems, build capability roadmaps, and drive architecture decisions.
• Shape how customer data and intelligence is delivered to the Assisted ecosystem.
• Define vision and ship capabilities for lead capture, routing, and data handoff.
• Own local marketing and geo-enabled capabilities to support field offices.
• Oversee Offline-to-Online measurement linking physical and digital engagement.
