Job summary

Robinhood in Menlo Park is seeking a Senior Data Scientist, Product to help answer questions shaping Robinhood Gold. You will identify customers for Gold and assess offers to drive signups and retention, collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Finance to prioritize initiatives and measure impact.

You will design experiments, analyze customer behavior, and influence product strategy to grow the Gold business in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field.
Experience as a Product Data Scientist or in a similar role, working closely with product teams to shape product strategy and roadmap decisions.
Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and modeling.
Experience designing experiments and interpreting results to guide product decisions.
Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
Ability to deliver projects successfully in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Support the Growth org, focusing on Gold subscriptions
Design and analyze experiments to test new features, offers, and campaign strategies
Analyze customer behavior and identify opportunities to grow Gold through better targeting, retention, and messaging
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Finance to prioritize key initiatives and measure business impact clearly
