Job summary

Samsung Electronics America is seeking a Sr Growth and Operations Manager for Cloud Gaming to scale the operational vision of our mobile cloud gaming services. You will bridge Customer Success, Growth, and Ad Tech Operations to accelerate adoption and success of Samsung’s proprietary mobile cloud streaming product.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field; 8+ years of relevant experience or Master’s with 6+ years.
Strong background in mobile gaming, paid UA, and mobile ad tech platforms (DSPs/SSPs/MMPs).
Proven track record managing high-budget paid UA campaigns and operating as a Customer Success Manager or Growth Lead in an ad tech ecosystem.
Outstanding quantitative skills; able to analyze data, monitor KPIs (CPI, ROAS, LTV), and translate to growth strategies.
Able to navigate complex, matrixed, global organizations and communicate with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Partner success and account management for external game publishers and developers; onboard and optimize ROI.
Execute and optimize partners’ paid UA campaigns to drive high-value users to Samsung’s Mobile Cloud Gaming platform.
Ensure UA campaigns are properly set up, troubleshoot integrations, and maximize platform spend.
Collaborate with Marketing, BD, and Product to align campaigns with business goals and platform capabilities.
Leverage attribution tools and metrics to measure performance and provide actionable optimization insights to partners and internal teams.
Prepare regular progress reports and growth strategies for executive leadership and global teams.
Coordinate with QA, engineering, and operations across the US and Korea for seamless global launches and testing.
