Samsung SDS America is seeking a transformative leader to define the future of our cloud ecosystem. As Senior Director of Managed Cloud Services, you will architect the strategic roadmap for a multi-cloud landscape, bridging technical operations and business growth at our Ridgefield Park, NJ headquarters.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and scale high-performance teams and manage strategic hiring and promotions.
• Experience mentoring senior managers and staff to foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Extensive track record in closing complex cloud engagements with enterprise clients.
• Deep experience with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud partnerships for co-selling and market growth.
• Strong understanding of MSP models, ITIL, and SLA/OLA management.

Responsibilities

• Define a multi-year, future-proof strategy for managed cloud services across hybrid environments.
• Lead organizational design and evolve a multi-disciplinary team focused on cloud excellence.
• Forge strategic alliances with hyperscalers and partners to accelerate GTM velocity.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery across Samsung Cloud Platform, data centers, and public clouds.
• Drive financial modeling, forecasting, and resource allocation to maximize profitability.
• Develop competitive pricing models and cost-optimization strategies.
• Coordinate with US and Korea HQ to align regional and global strategies.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain leaders across business development, operations, and architecture.
