Job summary

Samsung is seeking a Manager, Partnership Business Development (Mobile Gaming) in Mountain View, CA. You will own relationships with game publishers and developers, lead partnership conversations to scale existing deals, and identify new opportunities to accelerate Samsung's mobile cloud gaming growth.

This role requires 6–8 years in gaming business development or 4+ years with a Master's degree. Korean language ability is preferred.

Qualifications

6-8 years of experience in business development/partnerships in gaming, or 4+ years with a Master’s in the industry.
Korean language ability is preferred, able to write, speak, and present professionally.

Responsibilities

Own and manage day-to-day relationships with assigned game partners, serving as their primary point of contact at Samsung
Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with existing partners to evaluate performance, identify growth opportunities, and align on strategic priorities
Drive scale-up initiatives for existing partnerships - negotiate expanded deal terms and UA investment, and broader platform engagement
Proactively identify opportunities to deepen partner engagement and increase revenue contribution from existing portfolio
Monitor partnership health metrics and deal milestones to ensure partnerships remain on track and deliver results
Prepare and deliver partnership proposals, pitch decks, deal term sheets, and other business documentation
Identify, evaluate, and pursue new game partnership opportunities aligned with the team's strategic priorities
Lead partnership conversations with prospective partners - from initial outreach and pitching through to deal structuring and closing
Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Store Operations, Product) to execute deals and onboard new partners
Conduct market research and competitive analysis on mobile gaming trends, UA spending patterns, and ad network ecosystems
