You’ll mentor engineers, coordinate across teams, and drive data products that improve retention and lifetime value. You will apply advanced ML methods, publish insights, and promote AI tooling best practices while guiding business impact through scalable solutions and strong communication with

Qualifications

• MS or BS in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Quantitative, or related field.
• 9+ years of experience building products with Machine Learning and Personalization.
• Deep understanding of statistics and ML fundamentals.
• Proficiency with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, Scikit-learn.
• Production experience implementing, maintaining, and improving ML pipelines in Python, Java, or Scala.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, and build end-to-end ML systems for customer growth.
• Contribute to scalable ML solutions in production.
• Mentor junior ML engineers and coordinate cross-functional work.
• Promote best practices in data science, engineering, and communication.
