Super is seeking a Staff Machine Learning Engineer in the Applied ML & Research team to drive end‑to‑end ML solutions powering its online gaming platforms. You will own the ML lifecycle, mentor engineers, and influence the ML roadmap across cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ML/DS/CS or related field.
• 7+ years of industry experience building and deploying ML models at scale.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence engineering strategy.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with ML pipelines and orchestration tools (Airflow, SageMaker Pipelines).
• Understanding of ML fundamentals including LLMs.
• Track record of shipping production ML products with high code quality.
• Excellent problem solving and milestone scoping abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify high‑impact ML opportunities and influence stakeholders.
• Design and develop scalable ML models, including classifiers, regressors, and rule‑based systems.
• Own the full ML lifecycle from data exploration to deployment.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear insights for stakeholders.
• Set and guide technical direction across ML projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
