Job summary

Lineage is building a national multi-location platform for aesthetics. The Marketing Manager will own end-to-end marketing execution for Lineage and its brands, driving patient acquisition and retention across platform and practice levels.

You’ll lead content, paid social, and measurement, partnering with CEOs, practice teams, and external agencies to scale marketing impact. You’ll move fast in a lean team, manage budgets and storytelling, and develop playbooks for local programs while

Qualifications

• 4+ years of marketing experience with brand, content, and digital programs
• Proven track record of paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta) with attribution
• Strong writing and editing skills for diverse channels
• Experience managing external agencies, freelancers, or creative partners
• Comfort with marketing analytics: know what to measure and how to act
• Highly organized self-starter who can manage multiple programs independently

Responsibilities

• Own brand, content, and digital marketing programs for Lineage and practice brands
• Manage external creative partners and agencies; brief, review, and ensure brand standards
• Build and maintain a scalable content calendar and content library
• Plan and execute paid and organic digital marketing across Google, Meta, and other channels
• Own SEO and local search strategy across all locations
• Build dashboards and reports; track CAC, ROI, and performance
• Contribute to employer branding and candidate-facing materials
• Support local practice marketing initiatives and launches
