• Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to run data-driven growth experiments.

Responsibilities

• Own Strategy, architecture, and execution of full-funnel growth programs across lifecycle email, push notifications, web properties, and in-product growth surfaces.
• Lead site CRO and landing page experiments using Mendel and CMS platforms; align experiences across channels.
• Automate audience opt-in verification, frequency capping, compliance checks, and holdback configurations before launches.
• Direct contractor work on email coding, CMS publishing, and localization while scaling AI-assisted copy and assets.
• Measure owned-channel velocity and business impact for executive leadership.
