The AI Growth Engine team across Google Labs and Google Workspace drives full-funnel user acquisition, onboarding, lifecycle activation, and monetization for Google's breakthrough AI products—including Pomelli, Stitch, Flow, Flow Music, NotebookLM, Antigravity, and Google Workspace with Gemini. Operating as an AI-native growth pod, we combine rigorous experimentation, product telemetry, and agentic automation to turn early product innovation into sustained global adoption.
As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Owned & Operated (O&O), and Site Growth Marketer (L6) for AI Growth, you will own the high-impact owned channels that convert visitors into active users and power users across Google Labs (Pomelli, Stitch, Flow, Flow Music, NotebookLM, Antigravity) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Workspace Monetization, Gemini cross-product adoption). You will reimagine how lifecycle marketing and web optimization operate at Google—replacing multi-week manual campaign cycles with AI-native, API-driven workflows in Jetski and Antigravity that ingest behavioral telemetry, generate tailored creative variants, synclanding page treatments, and dispatch personalized GNP/Chime outreach in minutes. Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems--from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can--changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.
