Job summary

Google LLC’s AI Growth Engine team seeks a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own high-impact channels that convert visitors into active users across Google Labs and Google Workspace.

You will replace slow campaigns with AI-native, API-driven workflows, using Jetski, GNP, and related tools to tailor messages and landing pages. This role blends marketing with advanced automation to accelerate global adoption.

Qualifications

• Broad experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, CRO, and web growth marketing.
• Experience running multi-trigger email and push programs with web A/B testing.
• Partner with Product, Engineering and Data Science for data-driven growth experiments.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Own full-funnel growth programs across lifecycle email, push, web properties and in-product surfaces.
• Lead site CRO and landing page experimentation; align experiences across products.
• Automate audience opt-in, frequency capping, compliance checks, and holdback setup.
• Direct contractors for email coding, CMS publishing, and localization.
• Track owned-channel velocity and business impact for leadership.
