Spacelift is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to architect and optimize the systems that fuel our lead generation, SDR integration, and pipeline analytics. This is a newly created role within a fast-growing organization, designed to unify and elevate Marketing Operations as a strategic partner to GTM leadership across Sales, Marketing, and RevOps. It’s a perfect fit for someone who thrives on:

  • Automating manual work and exploring the use of AI for upskilling the team

  • Driving accountability and performance by equipping teams with clear, data-backed insights

About the Role

Lead management and operations

  • Design and maintain automated lead routing, scoring, and enrichment workflows to support SDR productivity and ensure timely follow-up on high-intent leads

  • Ensure team alignment on funnel metrics, SLAs, and attribution methodologies

  • Identify trends and opportunities to optimize lead conversion and accelerate pipeline.

Data management and reporting

  • Monitor data quality and hygiene across marketing systems, developing and enforcing standards for enrichment, deduplication, and normalization

  • Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports for marketing, SDRs, and leadership — surfacing insights into lead flow, channel effectiveness, SLA enforcement and campaign ROI

  • Develop and maintain data governance, reporting, and workflows to improve efficiency.

  • Support campaign execution with scalable processes for tracking, attribution, and reporting across lifecycle stages

Marketing process and technology

  • Serve as a trusted advisor on marketing technology and operations best practices.

  • Ensure seamless integration of marketing tech stack, working cross-functionally with RevOps and Sales.

About You

  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations

  • Deep experience with GTM platforms including HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, Chili Piper, and Outreach

  • Working knowledge of lead lifecycle, funnel analytics, attribution modeling, and campaign instrumentation

  • Ability to translate business questions into technical requirements and build the reporting infrastructure to answer them

  • High attention to detail, a systems mindset, and a love for process improvement

  • Working applications of incorporating AI into team workflows to automate manual work and increase team effectiveness
