FourKites is seeking a Sr Growth Marketing Manager to own demand generation end-to-end across paid, content, social, and lifecycle programs. You will design and execute integrated plans to hit awareness, conversion, and pipeline targets, including nurture sequences and webinars.

You’ll partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales to align campaigns with company messaging, while optimizing ICP targeting and attribution. This role emphasizes hands-on execution and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience in enterprise SaaS.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, or transportation technology and AI agents is a plus.
• Hands-on email marketing experience including nurture sequences and segmentation.
• Direct experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns from strategy through execution.
• Experience owning a webinar program (platform admin, promotion, reporting).
• Comfort with managing organic social channels day to day and content QA.

Responsabilités

• Lead growth and pipeline strategy across paid, content, social, and lifecycle programs with clear targets.
• Build and manage nurture programs including drip sequences and A/B testing with sales alignment.
• Own end-to-end execution for webinars tied to demand gen campaigns.
• Draft landing pages, emails, ad copy, and gated assets for review and refinement.
• Own content syndication, third-party promotions, and paid placements end-to-end.
• Maintain campaign planning templates and calendars for cross-functional alignment.
