Profiles Creative is seeking a talented Designer to join its America Marketing team in a fully remote, East Coast-based setup. You will own creative for North America across digital, retail and integrated campaigns, collaborating with the UK team to maintain global consistency while adapting for the North American market.

You'll lead projects end-to-end with autonomy, contribute campaign ideas, and drive growth for multiple brands and product launches in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualificações

• Around 5+ years in an agency or in-house creative team.
• A strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns and brand design.
• Experience designing for Meta, TikTok and other paid social platforms.
• Retail or eCommerce design experience would be highly advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver high-quality creative across paid and organic social media.
• Produce CRM and lifecycle marketing assets.
• Create retail and eCommerce creative, including Amazon content and PDPs.
• Design OOH, point-of-sale and in-store marketing materials.
• Translate briefs into platform-specific assets to drive engagement.
