Job summary

Resident is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our in-house Brand Design team. Reporting to the Senior Designer, you will bring our brand to life across digital and print touchpoints.

With 2–5 years of professional design experience and proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, you will own the end-to-end design process, collaborate across Growth, Creative, and Operations, and help elevate our visual identity in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional design experience.
• Portfolio shows versatility, originality and strong thinking.
• Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design preferred.
• Excellent visual design skills with typography and composition.
• Collaborative and proactive problem-solver.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, original design solutions reflecting strategy and brand alignment.
• Balance creativity, speed, and impact to meet aesthetic and business goals.
• Conceptualize and execute visual designs including brand identity systems and campaigns.
• Develop solutions independently from concept to final execution with minimal supervision.
• Embrace AI-driven design tools to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with Growth, Retail, and Operations teams.
