Apartment List is seeking a Senior Analyst, Growth & Marketing Analytics to sharpen how we measure and optimize marketing performance. You will own analysis and reporting, build measurement frameworks, and partner with Marketing and Finance to translate data into action.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders and report to the Senior Director of Data & Analytics. The role blends technical craft with business intuition to drive growth across channels.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in marketing analytics or growth analytics at a consumer-focused company.
• Strong SQL, able to query unfamiliar data domains accurately.
• Solid grounding in marketing measurement: attribution, incrementality, MMM.
• Experience building dashboards in BI tools like Looker or Tableau.
• Comfortable with experimentation concepts and interpreting results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own performance tracking, reporting, and analysis for marketing channels or programs.
• Design and analyze experiments, including A/B tests and incrementality.
• Build and maintain Looker/Tableau dashboards for self-serve metrics.
• Contribute to LTV and forecasting models linking spend to revenue.
• Flag data gaps and risks, propose practical solutions.
• Translate analysis into clear narratives for Growth and Finance.
