Job summary

Oliver Wyman is seeking a Senior Manager, Growth and Strategic Initiatives to partner with senior leaders and drive the IAM & OWA growth agenda. The role spans identifying targets, leading integration planning, and guiding strategic projects across practices and geographies.

Hybrid role requiring in-office presence three days a week, with no fully remote option. The successful candidate will translate growth priorities into actionable initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes through

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant experience in professional services, management consulting, corporate strategy or similar.
• 3+ years working directly with or supporting C-suite or senior leadership teams.
• Experience in M&A, corporate development, transaction diligence or post-merger integration; direct transaction execution is helpful but not required.
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives from ideation to execution and measurable outcomes.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel capability; comfortable adopting new analytical tools.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support the business.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary business-side coordinator for inorganic growth initiatives across IAM and OWA, in close partnership with Oliver Wyman and Marsh Corporate Development.
• Identify and research acquisition and investment targets across all practices and geographies, drawing on market research and leadership networks.
• Develop the business-case including capability fit, market attractiveness, strategic benefits, potential synergies and risks; manage internal approvals.
• Project manage the due diligence process on potential targets, coordinating business participation and assisting Corporate Development with market research and risk assessment.
• Support senior leaders in developing relationships with potential targets and strategic partners.
• Coordinate integration plans across Finance, HR, Legal, IT, Marketing, and Operations; track progress against the business case.
