Oliver Wyman is seeking a Senior Manager, Growth and Strategic Initiatives to partner with senior leaders and drive the IAM & OWA growth agenda. The role emphasizes identifying acquisition targets, leading due diligence, and guiding integration across Finance, HR, Legal, IT, Marketing, and Operations.

You will collaborate with Corporate Development and cross-functional teams to translate growth priorities into actionable programs, while navigating ambiguity and delivering measurable outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience working with C-suite or senior leadership teams is preferred.
• Prior experience in M&A, corporate development, or post-merger integration is helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a strategic partner to guide and translate growth ambitions into action across IAM & OWA.
• Lead inorganic growth initiatives including identifying, evaluating, and integrating targets.
• Coordinate cross-functional due diligence and integration planning with Finance, HR, Legal, IT, Marketing, and Operations.
