Job summary

Squarespace is seeking an Analytics Manager, Growth to serve as the analytical backbone for the Acuity Scheduling product team in New York City. You will translate complex financial and product data into narratives for senior leadership and partner with Product & Growth Leaders to guide business growth.

You'll design dashboards, manage daily metric tracking, and deliver weekly/ monthly analyses to detect anomalies and inform strategy.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in strategy, BI, analytics, or data analysis.
• Advanced SQL and BI tool proficiency.
• Expert Excel/Sheets skills with complex modeling.

Responsibilities

• Architect data infrastructure from native and legacy sources for executive dashboards.
• Develop and oversee a comprehensive performance monitoring framework.
• Produce weekly business reviews and monthly deep-dive analyses for executives.
