Squarespace is seeking an Analytics Manager, Growth to serve as the analytical backbone of our product team, translating complex data into a coherent performance narrative for senior executives.

You will partner with Product & Growth Leadership to turn data into stories that guide business growth and leadership decisions, reporting to the Senior Manager, Growth, and working on-site at our New York City headquarters.

Qualifications

• Translate complex financial and product data into a coherent performance narrative for senior executives.
• Architect data infrastructure from native and legacy sources to generate executive dashboards.
• Enhance legibility of data and expand reporting capabilities for non-technical partners.
• Develop and oversee a comprehensive performance monitoring framework with daily metrics and weekly reviews.

Responsibilities

• Improve visibility of business performance by developing analytical tools and models.
• Direct evaluations of performance indicators for the product, integrating data into leadership reports.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Analytics to drive data-informed growth strategies.
• Design and maintain scalable dashboards that provide real-time visibility into key drivers.
