Responsibilities

Lead the production of new store concept business plans and go-to-market strategies.
Coordinate with Real Estate Research to size opportunities and ROI.
Collaborate with Finance to create financial plans/pro forma.
Set KPIs to measure success post-launch.
Align cross-functional stakeholders to set product vision and roadmaps.
Support Innovation leader to evolve portfolio and roll out updates systemically and cost-effectively.
Ensure follow-up on action items with senior leaders.
Drive focus on bottlenecks and implement solutions.
Navigate ambiguity and scale complex programs across teams.
