Job summary

Sprinter Health is hiring a Growth Engineer to accelerate product-led growth and scale in-home care bookings. You’ll own experimentation loops from concept to measurement, collaborating with product, design, and operations to embed booking into core product flows.

You will build and optimize multi-channel campaigns, measure activation and conversion, and push data-informed improvements in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a software engineer with growth or experimentation focus.
• Experience building backend and frontend systems powering experiments.
• Proven track record shipping experiments that moved core metrics.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship experiments that drive patient bookings — from message copy tests and outreach timing to new in-product booking flows
• Optimize multi-channel engagement across SMS, phone, email, and mail to reach patients who typically don’t schedule care
• Run rapid brainstorms and sizing exercises to prioritize the next set of growth bets
• Define and monitor funnel metrics to understand drop-off, activation, and conversion
• Share insights through clear reporting and experiment reviews with cross-functional partners
• Test unconventional tactics and simulate outreach volume to match clinical supply and demand
