Job summary

HireArt, Inc. is assisting our client in finding an experienced Senior Digital Designer to evaluate design treatments and apply strong growth-design judgment to incremental product changes aimed at improving measurable outcomes.

You will review a high volume of generated treatments, assess them against established criteria, and provide actionable feedback to help train an automated reviewer. This is an evaluation and labeling role, not original design work.

Qualifications

• Direct experience with growth/experimentation product teams.
• Hands-on A/B testing: design, run and analyze experiments.
• Experience using design to influence measurable product outcomes and conversions.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate design treatments against a defined product and growth-design bar.
• Rate treatments consistently using established evaluation criteria.
• Provide clear, concise written rationale explaining why designs meet or fall short of defined standards.
• Apply strong product and growth-design judgment across a high volume of similar evaluations.
• Identify meaningful differences in design quality and effectiveness based on growth, experimentation, and incremental optimization.
