HireArt is helping our client find experienced Senior Digital Designers to evaluate design treatments and apply strong growth-design judgment to incremental product changes intended to improve measurable outcomes.
In this role, you’ll review and grade a high volume of generated design treatments against established criteria while applying your own product judgment to identify shortcomings, consider alternative solutions, and provide actionable feedback. Your evaluations will help train an automated reviewer, making consistency and sound judgment especially important. This is an evaluation and labeling role; you will not create original comps, own product surfaces, or build new designs.
The ideal candidate has direct experience on a growth or experimentation-focused product team, with hands-on A/B testing and experimentation experience tied to measurable results. You reason from data, understand incremental growth design, and can objectively evaluate someone else’s work while translating your product judgment into clear, specific, and actionable feedback.
This is a part-time independent contract position staffed via HireArt through the end of the year, with the potential to extend. The role is remote and available to U.S.-based candidates, excluding those located in California and Illinois. HireArt values diversity and is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. Unfortunately, we are not able to sponsor visas or employ corp-to-corp.
