A Frontier AI Company is seeking a Senior Digital Designer for a remote, part-time independent contract role. The work focuses on reviewing, grading, and providing actionable feedback on large volumes of generated design treatments to drive measurable improvements, with an emphasis on consistent evaluation and growth-design judgment rather than creating original comps or owning product surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate design treatments against a defined product and growth-design standard.
• Rate or grade treatments consistently using established evaluation criteria.
• Provide clear, concise written rationales explaining why a design meets or does not meet the defined standards.
• Apply product and growth-design judgment across high-volume, similar evaluations.
• Use prior experience with growth, experimentation, and incremental product optimization to identify meaningful differences in design quality and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Direct experience working on a growth or experimentation-focused product team.
• Hands-on A/B testing experience, including designing, running, or analyzing experiments.
• Demonstrated experience using design to influence measurable product outcomes and incremental conversion or product improvements.
• Ability to discuss past experiments and results using specific performance metrics.
• Strong product-design judgment paired with a data-informed approach to evaluating design effectiveness.
• Ability to objectively assess work created by others and translate product-design judgment into specific, actionable feedback.
• Clear and concise written communication skills.
• Comfort performing repetitive evaluation work while applying criteria consistently.
• Experience reviewing and grading a high volume of generated design treatments against established criteria.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience developing or maintaining design guidelines, heuristics, or review rubrics.

Contract Details

• Part-time independent contract position staffed via HireArt through the end of the year, with potential for extension.
• Remote role.
• Available to U.S.-based candidates excluding those located in California and Illinois.

Compensation

USD 160 per hour.
