Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data science or analytics driving product and business growth.
• Proficiency in causal inference, statistical modeling, machine learning, and experimental design.
• Advanced SQL, Python, R; experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) to communicate insights.
• Data integration and pipeline development experience a plus.
• Strong ability to understand new business areas and define essential data metrics for decision-making.
• Excellent communication and storytelling to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Set Technical Vision and Strategy: contribute to a data science roadmap for funnel optimization and scalable growth.
• Apply causal inference, statistical modeling, and ML to turn data into actionable insights.
• Develop an integrated view of the customer journey across business metrics and rapid familiarity with new areas.
• Design, implement, and analyze targeted experiments to validate hypotheses with data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and cross-functional teams to translate insights into product enhancements.
• Mentor colleagues; share best practices in causal inference and analytics to strengthen growth framework.
