Job summary

Moloco seeks a Senior Data Scientist in Growth Data Science (GDS) to bridge advertiser goals with Moloco Ads product strategy. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and GTM to activate Moloco products and translate advertiser needs into roadmap signals.

The role emphasizes building activation frameworks, designing experiments, and delivering measurable outcomes across global teams. Strong communication and leadership are essential in this high-visibility role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; 4+ years in data science or analytics.
• Strong foundations in experimental design, regression, and causal inference.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with BigQuery or similar platforms.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication; able to present to C-level audiences.
• Proven ability to build credibility with cross-functional partners and own projects end-to-end.
• Leadership and self-direction; comfortable operating without a playbook.

Responsibilities

• Engage top advertisers to maximize value from Moloco Ads products.
• Translate advertiser insights into product roadmap signals for GTM.
• Define activation frameworks for regional GDS teams at scale.
• Partner with product DS and engineering to define success metrics and experiments.
• Synthesize customer feedback and market signals to inform the roadmap.
