Job summary

Seed Health is seeking a growth-focused copywriter to craft performance-driven content across social platforms. You’ll generate large volumes of testable variations, iterate from performance data, and extend messaging to landing pages and emails while maintaining Seed’s on-brand voice.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams, from art directors to media buyers, to move fast and scale campaigns. Remote-friendly, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment focused on microbiome health.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of paid social copy experience.
• Portfolio with real running campaigns, not just brand ads.
• Ability to craft hooks and headlines quickly.
• Comfort reading performance metrics and shaping creative decisions.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Remote-friendly with ability to scale across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own Growth Creative Copy across TV, Meta, TikTok, YouTube; develop performance-driven concepts, hooks, scripts, headlines, CTAs.
• Write for Volume and Velocity with large sets of testable copy variations.
• Iterate on performance using metrics (hook rate, CTR, CVR, CPA).
• Extend copy to landing pages, emails/SMS, and other touchpoints.
• Steward Seed’s brand voice and review work from agencies to ensure on-brand performance.
• Collaborate with art directors, designers, and marketing partners to ship work fast.
