Job summary

Power Digital is seeking a creative and strategic Copywriter to join the Creative Team in the United States. You will craft compelling, results-driven messaging for paid media and paid social advertising, ensuring brand voices resonate with target audiences and drive ROI.

You will work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment across multiple platforms, with hypothesis-driven briefs and a focus on performance over content.

Qualifications

• 3+ years writing performance creative in paid media environment.
• 3+ years agency experience with multiple clients and categories.
• Deep platform fluency across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Instagram.
• Familiarity with hypothesis-driven creative briefs.
• Ability to write across luxury skincare, supplements, and B2B SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Write hooks, scripts, headlines, and short-form ad copy for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
• Produce multiple copy directions per brief with diverse angles and emotions.
• Work from briefs with testable hypotheses and treat copy as a variable to test.
• Read performance data and adapt copy to improve results.
• Collaborate on campaign platform development with creative strategists.
• Revise quickly and objectively based on data, feedback, and briefs.
