Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking an Organic Growth Manager to own search for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape the technical roadmap, set content priorities and craft the ranking story when clients ask what moved, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You coordinate with writers and AI to deliver data-driven improvements. You will lead audits, audits-based fixes and multi-location SEO efforts, with reporting in GA4 and Search Console, and present quarterly roadmaps

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO; audits and fixes done independently.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience across multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema and site architecture.
• Keyword strategy, on-page optimization and content priorities with writers/AI.
• Getting clients found in AI search and traditional organic results.
• Links, local search and multi-location SEO as needed.
• Reporting in GA4 and Search Console and quarterly client roadmaps.
