Job summary

Commure is seeking a senior Growth leader to architect and run our growth engine from the ground up—hands-on. You will design the system, wire the stack, run experiments, and ship assets.

You think in funnels and frameworks, build measurement infrastructure, and treat go‑to‑market as an engineering discipline: instrument, test, iterate, scale. You will collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Product, and Brand to turn signal into pipeline, owning net-new business as your north star.

Qualifications

• Senior, hands‑on growth leader with experience building integrated growth programs in B2B SaaS.
• Demonstrated ownership of an MQL or pipeline number and driving net new business.
• Deep hands‑on experience designing and optimizing ad engines across paid channels.
• Ability to translate strategy into a repeatable growth system and scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, build, and optimization of the ad engine across paid search, paid social, programmatic, and video.
• Architect audience segmentation, bidding strategies, creative rotation logic, and budget allocation frameworks.
• Treat the ad engine as a product, iterating on targeting logic, landing pages, offers, and conversion paths.
• Own the MQL number and build the demand generation engine from first touch to sales hand‑off.
• Define and enforce MQL quality standards with Sales and RevOps; report on MQL metrics.
• Design and own full‑funnel growth architecture across paid, organic, ABM, partnerships, and referrals.
• Instrument the growth funnel with dashboards and BI tooling; collaborate with RevOps and Analytics.
