Job summary

Kamino is hiring a Head of Growth in New York City to turn direct and partner-distributed financial products into sustained growth. You will own the growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention and cross-product adoption, and you’ll manage budgets and foundational programs before expanding the team.

This hands-on role requires leading a growth function, building the team, and partnering with Product, Marketing and Business Development.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of growth experience, including senior ownership for a D2C financial product and U.S. customers.
• A track record of growing funded customers, retained balances, or revenue with strong acquisition economics.
• Experience building a Growth function in a lean company and hiring the team.
• Ability to lead across acquisition and lifecycle with experts in paid acquisition or lifecycle.
• Experience building CRM and lifecycle systems using segmentation, automation, and experiments.
• Ownership of large growth budgets with focus on attribution, payback and ROI.
• Strong judgment on customer trust, compliance and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Growth function across direct and partner-distributed products.
• Acquire funded customers and optimize paid acquisition and channel economics.
• Build lifecycle, automation, and retention programs to drive repeat use.
• Activate partner distribution with wallets, exchanges and apps.
• Manage measurement, attribution, and budget spend for growth initiatives.
