Job summary

Kamino is hiring a Head of Growth to scale direct and partner-distributed financial products in New York City. The role entails owning the growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention and cross-product adoption, with ownership of the budget and foundational programs. You will build the growth function from the ground up and later expand the team.

The position requires 10+ years in growth, including senior ownership for a D2C financial product and U.S. customer experience.

Qualifications

10+ years of growth experience with a D2C financial product.
Proven track record growing funded customers and revenue.
Experience building a Growth function in a lean company.
Expertise across acquisition and lifecycle; paid acquisition or lifecycle.
Experience building CRM and lifecycle systems.
Strong budgeting, forecasting, and attribution skills.

Responsibilities

Build and lead the Growth function. Own strategy, budget and forecasts across direct and partner-distributed products.
Acquire funded customers. Build paid acquisition alongside other high-potential channels.
Build lifecycle and retention. Establish the CRM, automation and customer programs that drive repeat use.
Activate partner distribution. Work with Business Development to turn access into funded customer activity and revenue.
Invest against measurable results. Own attribution and experimentation; allocate spend by customer quality.
