Job summary

Apartment List's Data & Analytics team is seeking a Senior Analyst, Growth & Marketing Analytics to sharpen how we measure and optimize our marketing performance. This is a hands-on individual contributor role working with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Growth to turn data into action.

You’ll own analysis and reporting for marketing channels, design experiments, build dashboards in Looker or similar, and support LTV and forecasting models to connect paid spend with revenue.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years in marketing or growth analytics
• Strong analytical communication and storytelling
• Strong SQL skills and data exploration能力
• Solid grounding in marketing measurement and experimentation
• Experience building dashboards in BI tools (Looker/Tableau)
• Familiarity with AI tools to accelerate analysis and reporting

Responsibilities

• Own performance tracking, reporting, and analysis for marketing channels or programs
• Design and analyze experiments to evaluate channel effectiveness (A/B tests, incrementality)
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting in Looker or similar tools
• Contribute to LTV and forecasting models, linking paid spend to revenue impact
• Flag measurement gaps, data anomalies, and analytical risks with proposed solutions
• Translate complex analysis into clear narratives for Growth and Finance stakeholders
