Rocket Money is seeking a Data Analyst to drive data-informed decisions across Growth Marketing. You’ll measure performance of online channels, optimize martech infrastructure, and build scalable analytics frameworks.

You’ll work with Looker, SQL, and a suite of BI tools to evaluate ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates, partnering with stakeholders to translate needs into measurable data solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in data analytics or related roles.
• 2+ years in marketing or growth analytics with marketing tech.
• 2+ years experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.).
• Strong SQL background for quick analyses and data modeling.
• Experience in product, CRM, or marketing experimentation design and measurement.
• Ability to apply marketing metrics like LTV, ROAS, CAC, CTR.

Responsabilités

• Build and improve analytics reporting and processes using Looker.
• Analyze marketing experiments and perform ad hoc analyses of campaigns.
• Partner with Growth to translate business needs into data problems.
• Identify insights, recommendations, and opportunities to optimize media investments.
