SREE Hotels seeks a Group Sales Manager for our Courtyard & Residence Inn by Marriott hotels in the Brier Creek/RDU area of Raleigh, NC. You will drive top-line revenue by acquiring new accounts and expanding existing relationships.

Responsibilities include direct sales calls, managing key accounts, developing new business, and supporting the sales plan with a team. Excellent benefits and professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• Direct hotel sales experience is required (2-3 years minimum).
• Knowledge of general sales techniques, revenue management, and customer service.
• Fluent in basic computer skills including Word and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct sales: meet productivity and activity goals through account targeting.
• Manage key accounts with close contact and negotiated rates.
• Grow new accounts via research, networking, and outside sales calls.
• Maintain organized files, develop client profiles, and follow up on needs.
• Participate in events and support the development of the sales plan.
